A new residence has been found for Travis Scott!
A real estate source has confirmed to PEOPLE that Scott, 28, paid $23.5 million earlier this month for an estate in Brentwood, California. The three-story mansion was originally described by Variety as having seven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms. The listing also mentions a 15-seat theater, an outdoor kitchen, and a twenty-car garage.
“It was originally offered for $42 million in 2019, so he obviously got a great deal,” notes the real estate insider, who spoke to PEOPLE. “It’s a spectacular property and the perfect combination of ultra-luxurious and family-friendly.”
According to the source, the 10,000 square foot backyard boasts a Zen garden, a fruit orchard with 300 trees, and breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and downtown Los Angeles. Other features include a glass-tiled infinity pool.
Not long after ex-girlfriend Kylie Jenner also bought a house, Scott did the same.
In April, a real estate insider verified to PEOPLE that 22-year-old Kylie had purchased a huge mansion in the posh Holmby Hills region of Los Angeles. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star reportedly spent $36.5 million for the estate, according to TMZ.
Jenner and Scott, who are parents to 2-year-old Stormi, purchased a $13.5 million mansion in 2018 and divided the payment. Their decision to end their relationship in October has left it unclear if they are still the legal owners of the home. Some have speculated that Jenner and Scott had reignited their romance in recent months due to the fact that they still spend time together while co-parenting their daughter Stormi.
A source told PEOPLE that the two aren’t eager to get back together, despite the fact that they were seen leaving a restaurant in Los Angeles together last week.
“Travis and Kylie get along great. They usually end up spending time with the same crowd. Their close relationship with Stormi is evident, the person added. “Being co-parents seems to be working out better for them than being in a romantic relationship.”
